Like many corporations over the last several months, Arch Insurance had to find a way to transform their annual meeting into an online virtual event.
Panavid had the privilege of making that possible by helping them reimagine and execute their annual meeting as a hybrid virtual event.
The two-day, virtual event featured:
Two studio sets to allow for two socially distant on-site presenters.
A live Q&A room so viewers could ask questions via video live to the presenters.
8 separate Skype feeds and 12 separate Zoom feeds per day for remote presenters.
Interactive features such as live polling and gaming.
And a custom branded streaming platform with a live chat, event agenda, and presenter profiles.
