Panavid Acquires Michael Andrews Audio Visual Services, Strengthening Core Capabilities and Enhancing Client Offerings

Panavid, a leading full-service provider of audio visual production, integration, and rental services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Michael Andrews Audio Visual Services (MAAVS), a respected name in corporate AV solutions since 1987.

  • Yes, but in a limited capacity. Michael will remain engaged during the transition to ensure a smooth handoff for clients and employees. While he is planning for retirement, his dedication to his clients and team remains strong, and he will be present to support a successful integration.

  • Absolutely. The same staff you know and trust will continue to serve you on-site. In addition, you’ll gain the benefit of new resources and support from the extended Panavid team.

  • The combined operation will be based primarily at Panavid’s larger facility in Parsippany, NJ. This consolidation allows for greater collaboration between teams and more efficient equipment preparation and deployment.

  • Yes. All existing contracts will be honored, and you will continue to receive the same level of service and commitment you’ve come to expect.

  • For the meantime, you can continue reaching out through the same MAAVS email addresses you’ve always used. All MAAVS emails will be automatically forwarded to their new Panavid email addresses to ensure a seamless transition in communication.
